Facade Lighting

Facade lighting is how a home introduces itself after dark. We set low voltage uplights at the base of walls, columns and stonework to wash texture and trace the architecture, then balance the brightness so the house glows evenly without hot spots or glare in the windows. Soft downlights under eaves and porch ceilings fill in the entry and front steps.

Many New Jersey homeowners start here because dusk comes early for much of the year, and a dark front reads as empty from the street.
